Build2Learn

In the second half of the program you will be ready to create your own AI models applied to solving specific problems and our mentors will support you throughout their construction.
Demo Day

At the end, the projects that were carried out during the program will be presented. A DemoDay to share your achievements!
Agenda:
Neighborhood-Based
Methods

We will start with basic concepts with Machine Learning. Then we will start with supervised Machine Learning looking at the first Machine Learning methods: K Nearest Neighbors, K-D trees. We will also review the Netflix case.
Tree-Based
Methods

We will continue with the different methods based on decision trees: Decision Trees, Regression Trees, Classification Trees. We will review CHAID, CART.
Ensemble
Methods

We will use Ensemble Methods to combine models and produce better results. We will review Boosting(Adaboost, Stochastic Gradient Boosting), Bagging(Random Forest).
Linear and Non-linear
Methods

We will complete the supervised Machine Learning phase by reviewing Linear Return, Logistic Return, Shrinkage Methods and Support Vector Machines
Dimensionality
Reduction

We will begin the unsupervised Machine Learning stage with dimensionality reduction. We will look at Principal Component Analysis, Linear Discriminant Analysis and t-SNE.
Clustering
Methods

We will set the stage of Machine Learning unsupervised with the methods of clustering. We will see K-Means Clustering, Hierarchical Clustering, DBSCAN.
Advanced
Topics

We will review the introduction to Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing.
Cloud for
Machine Learning

Cloud foundations and use of Amazon Web Services for the deployment of Machine Learning models.
Project
Artificial Intelligence

In this module we will teach topics about project development. Students will develop a project applying what they learned in the program to present it at the Demo Day.
Demo Day

At the end, the projects that were carried out during the program will be presented during the program. A Demo Day to share your achievements!
