About Saturdays.AI

Is it an approved master's degree?

It isn't, and we don't want it to be.

Approved master's degrees have to adhere to study plans that make you lose flexibility in learning. That's why we didn't want our master to be one, because we update the content and focus on the community, and those are one of our main values.

What do the projects consist of?

The final projects will serve to demonstrate what was learned in the course, proposing a solution to a social impact problem (of your choice) with the use of Artificial Intelligence.

Projects are shared as open source, together with an explanatory article, in their state on presentation day. You can continue developing them after the course.

Where can I see projects from other editions?

You can explore our github repository and our page on Medium.

What makes Saturdays.AI different from other programs?

The answer to this question lies with the students who have already gone through the program.

It is not a curriculum written in stone with all the contents of Machine Learning. We think that the most realistic way to have a real impact is to test our community through challenges, interact with other members of the community, and end up creating and presenting a project.

What students appreciate most is the fun of the course, the experience and the general map they get once they have finished. Something difficult to achieve by taking boring online courses.

Where does the name Saturdays.AI come from?

In 2018, a group of friends from different fields wanted to learn AI together and put it into practice. Saturday was the day we could meet. We started with an event in Barcelona, followed by communities in Ecuador, Monterrey, Madrid and elsewhere. That experience shaped our approach to learning as a community.

About our methodology

Will I have support during the process?

In the community forums you can ask any questions whenever you need it so that any other student or one of the mentors can help you.

Will I have access to everything immediately?

When purchasing, access to the first module of the itinerary you choose will be enabled. Subsequently, you will unlock the following modules when you pass the final test for each of them.

Are community events recorded?

Yes. If you cannot participate in any session or workshop we carry out, you can watch the recordings whenever you want on video.

Are there different levels?

Yes. There are two levels: machine learning and deep learning. The deep learning track requires prior knowledge of machine learning, and both tracks require intermediate Python skills.

Here you have more information to know both itineraries. If you have no practical experience with machine learning, we recommend the starting level.

How do I know what my level is?

You can take these tests from Datacamp to see your level of Python and data science. We recommend you start with Machine Learning if you have not yet practiced and experimented with it.

Access to the alumni community and events is for life.

You can directly purchase access to the Master in the link above, and it is designed for you to finish in 12 months.

What if it's not what I'm looking for?

You have 15 days to review the benefits and the community, and if it is not what you are looking for we will refund your money. There is no risk.
